Q. Can I make an exchange?




Exchange for Online Purchases

We do not offer exchanges via post. If you wish to exchange an item purchased online, you must return the original item and place a new order.

Alternatively, you can change your order at the UNIQLO Italy store. You can only exchange for equal or greater value as we cannot offer a partial refund. After the exchange in the shop, it will no longer be possible to receive a refund. All returned items must be returned in a resalable condition including the original packaging, tags and/or labels.

Please ensure you print or download your invoice (attached to your shipping confirmation email) as it is required to process any exchanges.


Exchange of in-store purchases

You will be able to make an exchange for an in-store purchase at any UNIQLO Italy store within 30 days of the date of purchase. In order to make any return or exchange in store, you will need to provide a valid receipt.
