Q. Can I return my online order in store?

We do not make returns for online in-store orders. You have 30 days to make an exchange in a UNIQLO Italy store. After making an exchange, you will no longer be able to receive a refund. All returned items must be returned in a resalable condition including the original packaging, tags and/or labels.
