Q. I have received an incorrect item, what should I do?
We want to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Please submit your return request directly from the ‘Order History’ section of My Account. For more information on how to return an item, please click here.
Select the item you have not received, select the reason for the return (incorrect item received) and fill in the information about the incorrect item (product name/colour/size).
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to reship the correct item, we will process a refund to the card used to place the order for the amount of the correct item.
