Invoices for online purchases

All invoices for online orders are automatically sent by email along with your shipping confirmation. Please check your junk/spam folder, just in case.

Please note that online purchase invoices will show all the details recorded at the time of purchase, so once your order has been processed, the information on the invoice cannot be changed by UNIQLO, including the address, VAT number and company details or name on the purchase. This is because our online store is for domestic and private use only, as stated in our Terms and Conditions, under the section "Limitation of liability".
 

Invoices for in-store purchases

If you require an invoice for an in-store purchase, we advise you to request this directly from our staff at the time of completing your purchase.

You will need to provide our store staff with your company data (P. IVA, SDI code and address).

Please note that the store can take up to 5 working days since the request to process your invoice.
