All receipts for online orders are automatically sent by email along with your shipping confirmation. The online purchase receipt will show all the details recorded at the time of purchase. Please check your junk/spam folder, just in case.

Please note that our online store is for domestic and private use only, as stated in our Terms and Conditions, under the section "Limitation of liability". As a result, we are unable to change consumer details to business details or issue invoices addressed to a company.

Also, once your order has been processed, the information provided at the checkout, that appears on the online purchase receipt, cannot be changed by UNIQLO.
 

If you require an invoice for an in-store purchase, we advise you to request this directly from our staff at the time of completing your purchase. You will need to provide our store staff with your company data (P. IVA, SDI code and address).

Please note that the store can take up to 5 working days since the request to process your invoice.
