- Delivery cut-off time is 10:30am, Monday to Thursday (except public holidays).

- Store will hold your order for 14 calendar days before returning it to warehouse.
- Bring delivery confirmation email or the SMS notification to collect your parcel.
Pick-up from Parcel Shop
- Parcel Shops will hold your order for 10 days before returning it to UNIQLO.
- Parcel Lockers will hold your order for 10 days before returning it to UNIQLO.
- A valid Italy mobile number is required for Parcel Shop orders. You’ll receive an SMS confirmation.
- Bring proof of identity to collect your parcel. Accepted forms include: Passport, Italy Driving Licence, Utility Bill, etc.
- If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must present ID with the same surname or proof of your identity.

Q. Do you deliver to my address?
We deliver to most postal areas in Italy. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Campione D'Italia, Livigno, The Vatican City and San Marino. Please also note that we are not able to deliver to Switzerland.

Q. Can I send one order to multiple addresses?
No, each order can only be delivered to one address. To send items to multiple destinations, please place separate orders.

Q. Is my package insured? Do I need to sign for it?
Yes, all orders are insured against theft and accidental damage during transit. Once delivered and signed for (or placed in a safe location), the insurance no longer applies.
