An Online (E‑Gift) Card is a simple, flexible way to give the gift of choice. Purchased directly on the UNIQLO Italy website, it’s delivered by email and ready to use online, whether you’re treating yourself or surprising someone else. Once received, it can be used to pay for eligible purchases on the UNIQLO Italy online store.

Buying an Online (E‑Gift) Card is quick and straightforward.

Simply visit the UNIQLO Italy website and choose the amount you’d like to gift. You can purchase:

• Minimum value: 10 €
• Maximum value: 500 € (inclusive of VAT)
• Up to 30 gift cards per order
• Issued in Euros (€)

• Gift cards can only be redeemed in the country where they were purchased.
• An E‑Gift Card bought on the UNIQLO Italy website can only be used on the UNIQLO Italy website and cannot be used on UNIQLO websites or in stores in other countries.

Once your order is complete, your E‑Gift Card is prepared for use.

• The card will be activated, which may take up to one hour.
• After activation, you’ll receive an email containing your gift card number and PIN.

If the email doesn’t arrive right away:

• Check your spam or junk folder.
• If you received the order confirmation but not the gift card email, you can resend the gift card link from the confirmation email.

Using your E‑Gift Card at checkout is easy.

1. Add your items to the shopping bag.
2. Proceed to checkout.
3. Under Payment Options, select UNIQLO Gift Card.
4. Enter your 19‑digit gift card number and PIN.

• Do not enter your gift card number in the discount code field.
• Please make sure you are shopping on the UNIQLO Italy website, as Italian E‑Gift Cards cannot be used on other country websites.

You can check your remaining balance at any time.

To avoid disappointment, please keep the following in mind:

• E‑Gift Cards are valid for 5 year from the date of last activation or purchase.
• Any unused balance after expiry will not be refunded.
• E‑Gift Cards cannot be cancelled, replaced, reloaded, or topped up.
• Lost or deleted gift cards cannot be reissued.
