Q. What happens if I am out when you try to deliver?




We would always recommend you select the delivery method most convenient to you.

If your order is delivered by BRT
 

If you are not present to receive the parcel, our courier will leave you a notice, if possible, informing you that the delivery was unsuccessful and indicating what to do. A second delivery attempt will be made the following day. As stated in our terms and conditions, a security code is required for delivery and our courier will not leave the parcel in a place deemed safe or with a neighbour.

 

If both delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel will be sent to a BRT hub. BRT will call you to confirm whether you would like a new delivery attempt to your home, delivery to a collection point, or whether you would like the parcel to be returned to our warehouse.

 

If the call is unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be processed automatically. This process may take up to two weeks and cannot be stopped or the order re-shipped.



If your order is delivered by UPS

If you are not available to accept delivery, our carrier will leave a calling card (where possible) informing you of the failed delivery and the next steps.  If they have been unable to deliver, a second attempt will be made the following working day, or the parcel may be left at a UPS Access Point. As stated in our terms and conditions page a signature is not required for delivery and our carrier has the right to deliver your parcel in a location considered safe or with a neighbour.

After three failed delivery attempts, your parcel will be returned to UNIQLO and an automatic refund will be processed. Please note this can take up to 2 weeks. We cannot stop this process once it has begun or reship your order.
