• Q. How do I register a UNIQLO account?

  A. To create a UNIQLO account:

  • Visit UNIQLO.com 
  • Click on the person icon on the top right-hand side of the page or click here. 
  • Enter your details and agree to the Terms of Use:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Email address
    • Password
    • Phone number
    • (Optional) Date of birth and gender
  • Click Preview and check your details
  • Select Send Verification Code
  • Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email

  The verification code is valid for 30 minutes and can only be used once.

  Once completed, you will see THANK YOU FOR YOUR REGISTRATION.

• If I did not receive the verification email

  • Please check your spam or junk folder
  • If you cannot receive emails, registration cannot be completed

• If the verification code has expired

  • Verification codes are valid for 30 minutes
  • Please restart the registration process

• If “This email is already registered as a member” appears

  • This email address is already registered
  • Please log in using that email address or reset your password

• If “Please enter a valid email address” appears

  • Your email address contains spaces
  • The domain is entered incorrectly
  • Please re-enter the email address manually

• If the Preview page keeps repeating

  • You have agreed to the Terms of Service
  • You have consented to the collection and use of personal information
  • You have confirmed you are 14 years old or above

  Please tick the checkbox next to Please check the contents and agree.

• Q. How do I change my personal details?

  A. You can update your information via Profile Settings:

  • Email address
  • First and last name
  • Membership address
  • Phone number

  Your date of birth cannot be changed once registered.

• Q. How do I manage my saved addresses?

  A. You can add or edit billing and delivery addresses in your Address Book.

  • You may save multiple addresses
  • You can set a default address for faster checkout

  PayPal Express users

  If you pay using PayPal Express, the delivery address saved in your PayPal account will be used, even if you are logged in to UNIQLO.

• Q. I forgot my password. What should I do?

  • Go to the UNIQLO.com login page
  • Click Forgot Your Password?
  • Enter the email address used for registration
  • Follow the password reset link sent to your email

  The password reset link is valid for 2 hours.
  Email addresses are case-sensitive.

• Q. What are the password requirements?

  • 8–20 characters
  • Must include letters and numbers
  • Special characters are allowed

• Q. I would like to cancel my UNIQLO membership

  Your UNIQLO membership allows you to shop faster and view your purchase history.
