When will my Click & Collect order be ready for collection?

Your Click & Collect order will be ready for pickup within 2–3 working days (we recommend checking your store's opening hours). Please note that we do not deliver on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or public holidays.

We endeavour to deliver your products within the timescales set out above - unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee that they will not be affected by unforeseen issues affecting our carrier. Under these circumstances, we do not issue any form of compensation, as this is a non-guaranteed service.

Expected delivery timeframes may vary due to the stock status of individual products within an order. Please be aware that your expected delivery date is specified at checkout, in purchase history, and order confirmation emails.
