The "Tax Free" document can be done physically in our UNIQLO stores for purchases made there. At the moment, UNIQLO cannot offer this document for online purchases. 
Please note that Customer Service cannot offer this service, as we are unable to complete it remotely.

This service can only be obtained at the same store where the original purchase was made, showing your purchase receipt (or invoice) and a valid passport indicating that you reside outside the European Community.
