Items purchased between 10th November 2025 and 24th December 2025 can be returned until 31st January 2026.

UNIQLO is always happy to accept online returns for all item(s) using the original payment method, provided that the item(s) are unwashed, unused, and in their original condition, with all packaging, tags, labels, and/or accessories (e.g., inner layers or spare buttons) intact and undamaged, within 30 days of receiving a product ordered from our website.
Please be advised that the following item(s) cannot be returned:
1) Innerwear, underwear, and socks due to hygiene reasons
2) Personalised item(s) (e.g. altered, UTme, or RE.UNIQLO)

Q. What if I placed my order outside of the suggested period? Will the estimated delivery date still be the same?
A. Please note that the suggested lead times are based on the latest status of the carrier network. In order to avoid any disappointment, we would recommend you to always place your order following the Christmas delivery table.
Q. What is the status of my order?
A. Once your order has been placed, you can track the status of your order by logging in to your UNIQLO account or guest account here.
Q. When will my order be delivered?
A. Deliveries can take place between 09:00-21:00 on the date of delivery. You will be given a 2 hour ETA on the morning of your expected delivery date. Please check your tracking for the latest delivery updates as this is subject to change.
Q. Do you offer gift cards?
A. Yes, we offer digital and physical gift cards. Click here for further information.
Q. Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
A. We do not offer a gift wrapping service however gift bags are available to buy online.
Q. Do you offer gift receipts?
A. We do not offer gift receipts and so all pricing tags will be visible on each item delivered. However for in-store purchases, we do offer gift receipts.
