    Placing a Pick-up from Local Locker or Parcel Shop Pick‑Up Order


At checkout, select Pick-up from Parcel Shop or Locker as your delivery option. You will then be able to choose your preferred parcel shop or locker location from the list of available options.

Once your order is placed, you will receive:

 
  • Order confirmation email – includes your order number
  • Shipment confirmation email – sent once your package is dispatched

    Delivery Lead Time


The expected delivery lead time for Pick-up from Parcel Shop or Locker orders is 1–3 working days. Most parcel shop and locker orders arrive within the estimated delivery window shown at checkout.

Delivery may take slightly longer due to:

  • Busy seasonal periods
  • Carrier delays or full locker facilities
  • Stock-related availability issues
 

Your expected delivery date also appears in your order confirmation email and in your UNIQLO account.

 
    Courier Partner


Our courier partner for Pick-up from Parcel Shop or Locker is InPost.

  
    When Your Order Is Ready for Pick‑Up


You will receive an email and/or SMS notification once your order arrives at your chosen parcel shop or locker.

Your notification will include:
 

  • Pick-up location address
  • Opening hours (for parcel shops)
  • Your unique pick-up code or QR code
 
You must pick up your order within the carrier’s specified collection window.
 
  • Locker storage timeframe: usually up to 7 days.
  • Parcel shop storage timeframe: usually up to 10 days.
  • Uncollected parcels are automatically returned to UNIQLO; refunds are issued once they have arrived at our warehouse.
 
    Collecting Your Order


For Lockers:

 
  1. Use the QR code or collection code from your email or SMS.
  2. Follow the instructions displayed at the locker terminal.
  3. Your locker will open automatically once verification is complete.
 

For Parcel Shops:

 
  • Present your collection code or QR code to the shop staff.
  • Valid photo ID may be required depending on the parcel shop policy.
