When accepting your BRT delivery, you are required to present a security code to your driver. You can find this delivery security code (4 digits) within your shipment confirmation email and your UNIQLO order tracking (log in with Guest ID or UNIQLO account required).



If you are unable to show your driver your delivery security code, the driver will be unable to deliver your parcel. When placing an order with us, please ensure that you use an email address and mobile phone number which you can access.
