If you placed your order as a guest, you can track your return using the Guest ID provided in your order confirmation email.
 

We recommend checking the tracking information regularly to receive the latest updates.
 

Please note that once your returned items have been received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
 

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. The refund will then be completed within 3–5 working days, depending on the procedures of your bank or credit card provider.
