Q. Can I make an exchange?




Exchange for Online Purchases

You can exchange your purchased items at our UNIQLO stores in Italy. The exchange can only be made for an item of equal or higher value, as we cannot offer partial refunds. After the exchange in the shop, it will no longer be possible to receive a refund. All returned items must be returned in a resalable condition including the original packaging (intact), tags and/or labels still attached.

Please ensure you print or download your invoice (attached to your shipping confirmation email) as it is required to process any exchanges.

We do not offer exchanges by post. If you want to exchange an item purchased online and are unable to visit one of our stores, you must return the original item and place a new order. Click here to learn how to return an item.


Exchange of in-store purchases

You can exchange an in-store purchase at any UNIQLO store in Italy within 30 days from the date of purchase. In order to make any return or exchange in store, you will need to provide a valid receipt. All returned items must be returned in a resalable condition including the original packaging (intact), tags and/or labels still attached.
